Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Breaks and live stream orders will be shipped within 3–5 business days after the break is completed.
Shipping Methods & Rates

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on order size and destination.

Singles & small orders: Standard USPS First Class (tracking included).

Larger orders/boxes: USPS Priority Mail or UPS/FedEx Ground (tracking + insurance).

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and may vary by location and order size.
Free Shipping

We may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on product listings or checkout pages.
International Shipping

International shipping is an option at added cost to the customer.
Tracking & Delivery

All shipments include tracking information. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

Once your order leaves our facility, the shipping carrier is responsible for delivery.

If your package is lost or damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to file a claim.

Insurance is available on request for higher-value items.
Break Shipments

All cards from group breaks will be sorted and shipped securely.

Common/base cards may be held back for certain breaks if specified in the listing.

Hits, parallels, and inserts will always be shipped.
