At KP Sports Cards, LLC, we are committed to getting your cards and collectibles to you quickly, safely, and at a fair cost. Please review our shipping policy below.

Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Breaks and live stream orders will be shipped within 3–5 business days after the break is completed.

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on order size and destination.

  • Singles & small orders: Standard USPS First Class (tracking included).

  • Larger orders/boxes: USPS Priority Mail or UPS/FedEx Ground (tracking + insurance).

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and may vary by location and order size.

Free Shipping

  • We may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on product listings or checkout pages.

International Shipping​

  • International shipping is an option at added cost to the customer.

Tracking & Delivery

  • All shipments include tracking information. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

  • Once your order leaves our facility, the shipping carrier is responsible for delivery.

  • If your package is lost or damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to file a claim.

  • Insurance is available on request for higher-value items.

Break Shipments

  • All cards from group breaks will be sorted and shipped securely.

  • Common/base cards may be held back for certain breaks if specified in the listing.

  • Hits, parallels, and inserts will always be shipped.
